COMMUNICATING WITH GCR
This tutorial will show you the various ways you are able to communicate with Gold Crown Resort

Once you are logged into the website, you may contact a Customer Service representative through our online Message Center by clicking
the Messages icon located at the left-hand side of the page.
Once you're in the Message Center, Write New Message
When you have finished composing your message, click .
You will receive an email notifying you when GCR has replied to your message.
When you are logged into your account on the GCR website, a Red envelope icon indicates that you have unread messages. Click the red envelope into your message Center and view your unread message. Please note, an unread message will be highlighted in yellow and the subject line will read "Unread Message".
