I have my Member ID and Password, but am having difficulty logging into your website. Why am I told my password is incorrect?
As an added protection on your account all passwords are case sensitive and therefore must be entered exactly as shown, using the appropriate UPPER and/or lower case letters.
Additionally, there are times when certain characters can be confused as quite a lot of characters do look the same. Please look carefully at the password assigned; it could be that the .o. (oh) is really a zero or the .I. (eye) is really a lower case .L. or a number .1.. If you continue to experience problems please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department, we will be happy to help you!
You have checked your Junk/Spam folder and have set the Gold Crown Resort domain name as a Safe Sender, but you still have not received your requested login details. You are on the right path; the next step is to check that your email address matches that which we have on our system for you.
If you have changed your email address and have not alerted us to the change, the email address you are entering will not be recognized and your details will not be sent as requested. When this is the case, we recommend that you utilize the long form to request your login details.
From our "Homepage" you will see Recover your Lost ID or Password click here and then select .Please click here to recover your Member ID and Password. This is the long form where you will be able to enter your details along with a message. Once completed, click NEXT and your request will come directly to us and we in turn, will send your login details to you.
When you are not certain that you have received any email communication from Gold Crown Resort please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder for any messages that may been diverted either due to your computer settings or your email service, such as Yahoo or Hotmail.
Setting our domain name as a Safe Sender will ensure that you receive all future communications from Gold Crown Resort. Additionally, our individual email addresses should also be set as a Safe Sender within your system:

To maintain communication, it is very necessary that Gold Crown Resort always has accurate contact details on file for each and every Member. Members may update their details at any time by logging into the Gold Crown Resort website and selecting the CHANGE YOUR DETAILS icon located within the Member Benefits panel.
Changes that can be made within this section are updates to your email address, physical address, telephone number and account password.
Should you notice that your name is misspelled, it is very important that you contact our Customer Service team right away to seek the necessary amendment as all Confirmation documents associated with booked accommodation will be listed in the name we have on file and we want to be certain that this is correct.
Another great question! We definitely want you to have your confirmation document in hand when you arrive at the resort for your holiday. Once your holiday has been requested, accepted and payment has been processed, you will find your confirmation by selecting the CONFIRMATION tab located at the top of our website.
On a side note, you will be notified by email that your confirmation is ready for you and when you log into the website the Confirmation tab will be flashing to capture your attention. Once selected, simply click on your completed vacation and your Confirmation Document will load for you to view and print.
HELPFUL HINT: When completing bookings through our Travel Center, please be very careful that you have entered your email address correctly as this is where your confirmation will be delivered. Should you find that you do not have your confirmation for whatever reason, simply contact us and we will ensure the document is sent to you right away.
We use Adobe Acrobat Reader for all documents that we may provide to you, including your Confirmation Documents. To ensure you are able to open and print these documents, please be certain to have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
