| HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION? |
| You will be notified within 72 hours by e-mail. A hard copy of your accommodation request confirmation usually takes 10-14 days to arrive via conventional postal service. If you have not received your written confirmation within this time, please contact us through our Message Center, which once logged in is located in the top right hand corner of your screen. |
| DO RESORTS HAVE SPECIFIC CHECK-IN DAYS? |
| Yes. Each resort sets its own check-in and check-out days. The most common day is Saturday, with an afternoon check-in and a morning check-out |
| CAN WE CHANGE OUR CHECK-IN DAY ONCE WE ARE CONFIRMED? |
| No. Once you are confirmed, your arrival dates cannot be changed or cancelled. The Resorts do not allow us to cancel. One of the key reasons we can provide you with accommodation well below wholesale rates is that we purchase specific non-cancelable dates as requested by our Members. |
| WHAT IF WE ARE GOING TO BE LATE IN ARRIVING AT THE RESORT? |
| We provide you with the Resort phone number with your confirmation materials. The Resort will hold your reservation as long as it has been notified in advance of your late arrival. |
| WHAT IF I LOSE MY CONFIRMATION? |
| No problem. If your confirmation is misplaced, we can immediately forward another copy to you. If you are due to arrive at the Resort in less that seven days, we will ask you to please provide a fax number to ensure your receive the replacement confirmation in time. |
| WHAT IF I WANT TO REQUEST A DESTINATION THAT IS NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE? |
| We will help you. We do have access to additional locations from time to time. Simply click on our Message Center and tell us , and we will attempt to arrange a suitable accommodation for you. Please keep in mind that our search may take longer than 72 hours, and prices may be higher. |
| Unless another arrangement has been made, all accommodations are for 7 nights and 8 days. Members wishing to arrange for additional nights should contact the Resort directly. |
